True Grit de los Coen, la gran favorita

Oscar 2011. Como acaso era previsible, hay pocas sorpresas, aunque True Grit de los hermanos Coen, obtuvo más nominaciones en las categorías principales, que la gran favorita, The Social Network, de David Fincher. No obstante, The King Speech, con 12 nominaciones, se convierte en la película estrella de esta edición.

Internautas de todo el mundo tuvieron la oportunidad de seguir la corta ceremonia, en vivo, a través de la red.

América Latina está representada por Biutiful, de Alejandro González Iñárritu, de México, mientras que sorpresivamente, al menos para mí, Canino, de Giorgos Lanthimos, Grecia, también obtuvo la nominación a mejor película de habla no inglesa. uno no suele ver una película tan arriesgada como esa en el Oscar. Pero este año hay dos, pues  el documental (¿falso?) Exit through the Gift Shop también ha sido nominado. ¿Le veremos el rostro a Banksy de ganar el premio?
